1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using InvoicesUnlimited ("Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
InvoicesUnlimited is an online invoice generation and management platform. We provide:
- Free Tier: Create and download invoices with basic features
- Premium Tier: Additional features including cloud storage, email sending, and premium templates
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
Premium users must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
3.2 Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit harmful code (viruses, malware, etc.)
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Engage in fraudulent activities
- Create fake or fraudulent invoices
- Circumvent security features
- Use automated systems to access the Service (bots, scrapers)
- Overload our servers or interfere with Service operation
5. Premium Subscription
5.1 Pricing and Payment
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are:
- Monthly: $9.00 USD per month
- Annual: $89.00 USD per year (17% savings)
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
5.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You will be charged using your saved payment method.
5.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Premium features until that time.
5.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by InvoicesUnlimited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 Your Content
You retain all rights to the content you create using our Service (invoices, business information, etc.). By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.
6.3 Logo Usage
When you upload a logo, you represent that you have the right to use that image. We are not responsible for copyright infringement related to user-uploaded content.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations
8.1 No Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
8.2 Not Professional Advice
InvoicesUnlimited is not a substitute for professional accounting, legal, or financial advice. Always consult with qualified professionals for business decisions.
8.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INVOICEFAST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InvoicesUnlimited from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you upload or create
10. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
11. Governing Law
